Booking is simple. Once you lock in a date, our office confirms the details of your Southampton yard or field, we arrive about ninety minutes before dusk, and the screen is inflated, anchored and tested well before your guests settle in. You pick the movie; we handle the projector, sound and everything technical from the first frame to the credits.
The season in Bucks County spans spring through late fall. Expect a 8:45 to 9pm start in high summer and something closer to 7:30 by October, when a movie under blankets is honestly the best version of the experience. We keep an eye on conditions all week and coordinate a rain plan with you in advance.

Local edge: Southampton is 15 minutes from our warehouse via Street Road. Saturday-evening Street Road traffic is real, so we load in before 5 PM and are inflated before dusk.
Logistics: No travel fee. Arrive 90 minutes before dusk, inflate, test, run the show, pack out after the credits.

The big one. Upper Southampton's community screenings draw a few hundred blankets, so we bring generator power and spread the sound rather than cranking one pair of speakers at the front.
District fundraisers run in the gym when the forecast turns. Gyms are echo chambers, so we hang the speakers differently indoors and drop the low end to keep dialogue intelligible.
Saturday evening traffic on Street Road is genuinely bad. We load in before 5 PM so the screen is inflated and tested while it is still light, not while families are already spreading blankets.
We make the call with you four hours before showtime, not at dusk. If it is a no-go we reschedule at no charge as long as we have not left the warehouse.
Most Southampton clients underestimate how much room the screen needs. Twenty feet wide means roughly 25 feet of clear ground plus blanket space behind it. If your yard is tighter, the 12-foot screen is a better night than a cramped 20.
