How It Works

How A Movie Night Works In Richboro

The process is easy from the first call. We confirm your Richboro setup spot in advance, arrive about an hour and a half before dark, and have the screen standing, anchored and tested before guests arrive. Your only job is choosing the movie and inviting the crowd; setup, sound and teardown are all on us.

Outdoor movie season in Bucks County generally runs April through October. Early summer shows start later because dusk falls close to 9pm, while September and October screenings can begin as early as 7:30 and pair perfectly with fire pits and hot chocolate. We'll help you pick a start time that works for your guest list, and we monitor weather all week with a flexible rain plan.

We screen everywhere from private backyards in Richboro to fields and commons shared with neighbors in Southampton, Feasterville, Newtown. Birthdays, graduations, end-of-season team parties and family reunions are the regulars. Many hosts add pre-movie music, lawn games or a photo booth so the night feels like a festival instead of just a film.

Richboro Movie Night Guide

Movie Nights Around Richboro

Richboro is Council Rock country, 15 minutes down Almshouse Road from our warehouse, with township parks, swim clubs and big Northampton backyards. Here is how we run movie nights here.

Northampton Township Parks

Community screenings with a 25x25 footprint, generator power and sound sized for the crowd. Permit and COI handled.

Council Rock School Fundraisers

CR North and CR South PTO movie nights with licensing help, full screen and sound, tech runs the show.

Swim Clubs & Pool Parties

Dive-in movies with the screen on the deck and sound across the water.

Northampton Backyards

25x25 of level grass, one outlet or our generator, dusk start.

Local edge: Richboro is 15 minutes from our warehouse. Second Street Pike slows on Saturday evenings, so we load in before the dinner rush and are inflated before dusk.

Logistics: No travel fee. Arrive 90 minutes before dusk, inflate, test, run the show, pack out after the credits.

DJ Bobby had everyone dancing most of the night! My daughter and her friends had a great time at her sweet 16.

Richboro Booking Notes

What A Richboro Movie Night Actually Costs

Backyard, under 75 people

$895 all in. Twenty-foot screen, projector, theater sound, our tech runs it. Northampton Township backyards off Almshouse and Second Street Pike almost always have the 25x25 of level grass this needs.

Council Rock PTO fundraiser

We quote by attendance, not by screen. A 400-blanket field night at CR North or CR South needs generator power and a second speaker pair aimed down-field so the back rows are not watching a silent movie.

Swim club dive-in

Screen on the pool deck, speakers pointed across the water, show at dusk. Richboro's clubs close at 8 in September, so late-season dive-ins need the board to approve an extension before you book us.

The permit question

Northampton Township requires a permit and a certificate of insurance for Municipal Park and school fields. We send the COI same day. Backyards need nothing.

Richboro sunset in June is 8:34 PM, in September it is 7:11 PM. That two-hour swing decides whether a kids' movie night ends at 10:30 or 9. We build the start time off the actual sunset for your date, not a generic 8 PM.
