The process is easy from the first call. We confirm your Doylestown setup spot in advance, arrive about an hour and a half before dark, and have the screen standing, anchored and tested before guests arrive. Your only job is choosing the movie and inviting the crowd; setup, sound and teardown are all on us.
The season in Bucks County spans spring through late fall. Expect a 8:45 to 9pm start in high summer and something closer to 7:30 by October, when a movie under blankets is honestly the best version of the experience. We keep an eye on conditions all week and coordinate a rain plan with you in advance.
A typical week of Bucks County movie nights might include a backyard birthday, a scout troop screening and a neighborhood social. We work with Central Bucks regularly. CB West and CB East PTO movie nights with licensing help, full screen and sound, tech runs the show.
Student events on the quad or in the gym. We have produced on campus and know the power and the flow.
Borough and township yards from 25x25 up. Dusk start, one outlet or our generator.
Local edge: Doylestown is 10 minutes from our warehouse. Township park movie nights need a permit and COI, which we provide; borough backyards do not. Arts Fest and First Friday weekends fill downtown, so we plan around them.
Logistics: No travel fee. Arrive 90 minutes before dusk, inflate, test, run the whole show and pack out after the credits.
